Ethan is the founder and CEO of RiseChain Ventures. He brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise software and venture capital, having previously led investments at Battery Ventures. Ethan focuses on B2B SaaS opportunities where deep workflow integration creates durable competitive advantage. He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

Eli is Managing Partner at RiseChain Ventures and co-leads the firm's investment strategy. Prior to joining RiseChain, Eli was VP of Product at a Series C enterprise SaaS company, where he scaled the platform from zero to $40M ARR. He brings hands-on product and go-to-market expertise to portfolio companies, with a particular focus on consumer tech and marketplace businesses. Eli graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Computer Science and Economics.

Reid serves as Venture Partner at RiseChain Ventures, focusing on deep technology and data infrastructure investments. He previously co-founded and led a B2B analytics startup that was acquired after a successful market expansion, and has advised over 20 early-stage companies on product-market fit, fundraising strategy, and enterprise sales. Reid is a frequent speaker on the intersection of software and market dynamics, and holds a Masters in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
