We meet founders at the pre-seed and seed stages. Please include a brief description of your company, current traction, team background, and the funding ask in your message. We typically respond within five business days.
We invest exclusively at the seed stage — typically the first institutional check into a company. We do not do pre-seed, Series A, or later-stage investments.
Our typical seed investment ranges from $1M to $5M. We reserve capital for follow-on investments in our top performers to maintain meaningful ownership.
We invest in B2B SaaS and consumer tech exclusively. We do not invest in deep tech, hardware, biotech, real estate, or climate tech at this time.
We move fast. Most founders get a first response within five business days, and we aim to complete full diligence within three to four weeks of a first meeting.
